Was trying to figure out to post a comment here and the tech savvy me failed !!! Anyway found this route. Hope you are doing good. My food query :) In the oven what settings do we need to use For heating the oven for example both rods or bottom or bottom with fan or both with fan etc etc. and do we place the pizza at the bottom middle or top.

Your being hard on yourself or too self criticle but this is good stuff. For someone running the show single handed this is brilliant.
