The weather is too hot for me to enter my kitchen in this summer, so I usually make non-cooking dishes with raw vegetables. I especially love simple salad with cabbage chopped well, sweet tomatoes, beetroot and a little bit of toasted peanuts. It is so great and easy to do. Add lemon juice and mix well. My kids eat all and I hope it leave a little but non. 😀
